From Sound to Scene. From Scene to Screen.
A2A is the production software we’re building to turn recorded dialogue into animated episodes — keeping every voice, every pause and every laugh exactly where the performers put it.

These are real screens from a real production — our animated adaptation of the 1947 Burns & Allen broadcast “Kill the Rat.”

Walkthrough
A short screen-recorded walkthrough is planned. Until then, the screenshots on this page are the real thing — nothing mocked up.
How it works B
A2A doesn’t draw the pictures. It organizes everything around the recording, so the animation always lands on the performance.
Import a recording with its corrected transcript, or assemble an episode from several clips. The original audio is never altered.
Divide the timeline into scenes and shots on a waveform storyboard, using suggested breaks or marking them by hand.
Mark each character’s lines and sound effects on the waveform. An optional pass suggests timing for a person to review.
Give each shot its characters, reference art, starting image and acting direction, drawn from shared character and background libraries.
Package a shot for an animation tool, send it through one of the supported integrations, or bring in results made elsewhere.
Watch every take against the original audio, keep or reject it, preview the current cut, and export it with an editor-ready timeline for finishing.
Created with A2A C
A2A grew out of a practical problem: long, character-driven episodes with hundreds of lines of dialogue are hard to keep organized. Every feature exists because an episode needed it.

Uncle Buckles
Uncle Buckles’ Human Report monologues and Happy Fun Kids Show episodes are produced in A2A too — proof the workflow handles a single talking character as well as a full radio cast.
